I am not a great fan of MJ but how worse can it get for him. I family who's mother died when Jackson was taken to hospital are now suing him because thier mother died when he was there.

Re: M Jackson sued again !
If they were actually sincere and not just after a quick buck they'd be sueing the hospital for negligence not Jackson.

That's the problem now, how many lawsuits in America are about justice and not about profiteering Trouble is there are many countries going the same way

they are suing both the hospital and jacko as the person who died was removed from intensive care to make room for jacko who only had flu

The hospital I can understand but surely the decision to remove the other patient from intensive care was soley down to the hospital and nothing to do with Whacky Jacky If the hospital was shallow enough to remove an ill patient from intensive care just because someone with money comes along with a cold then they deserve to pay for it.
Do we actually have all the information on this case though?

Re: M Jackson sued again !
So why Jackson..............
I work for a big organisation and we are often sued !!! It’s can be a grey area as to responsibility and in some cases we refer claimants to private individuals................surprising most then drop there case.

Oh dear oh dear.
Not another Jackson case.
I think they should just send him off to some desert Island or something.
Some people are taking this too far and so is he if he is guilty, but *yawn*, MJ trials are getting boring now.

This is why health insurance has gone up 60% in the last 2 years. Poxy ambulance chasers. I'd like to send them home in one.

No they are not, but the Americans are the most extreme example.
