Angry Doesn't it just annoy you?

The following is a true story of animal cruelty which happened near me. If you do not like to read of such things then I suggest you leave the thread

Some chav *******s who live near me decided it would be funny last weekend to steal a woman's lamb. News had spread that she's got a lamb for a pet so apparently this group of chavs had been planning to get it. Before they took it, they bashed it and kicked it to the point of near death. Next they thought it would be a good idea to tie the lamb to one of their cars and drive through the town, so they did this and when they stopped they thougt it would be a good idea to tie the other end of the lamb to another car and then set the cars going in opposite directions. Obviously the lamb was split into two, all the time screaming in agony.

They are inhuman, filthy, chav *******s and stories like this get me so emotional. How could anybody do that for entertainment value? How can you stand and laugh at something like that? Squealing in agony, broken into two? I just really don't understand?

I just hope they get caught, and well prosecuted.

Crimes like this sould carry the death penalty, and method of execution should be set by example.

If I ever saw anyone mistreating animals I dont stand bye. Yes some animals i dislike, like cats, but I would never harm them.
Chavs like this should in all honesty be made a public spectacle of, whipping in public should be the very minor punishment that can dealt to a case of cruelty.

And for the people that are opposed to punishments like this, then I'm sorry but its your views and your whingin that has got the country into the state its in now where crimes like this happen.

I personally would do to them what they did to that lamb, jail is not enough for that kind of sick violence on a creatiure which did no harm.

Re: Does it just annoy you?

No actually but considering the sick actions of this person, I do wonder if they are suitable to even be locked up.

Sadly there is evidence which proves Jail does not stop certain kinds of offenders.

I am sorry if it come over that way but it was not intended. I in the wording meant we should look into a further kind of punishment to say NO that is wrong, as our dating crmininal system is lacking and in some cases permitting extreme offenses to be commited, and not do anything other then a fine to stop it.

eg

1) It was on telly a driver who killed a young girl while drink driving gets a small fine and a tiny jail sentence.

2) you can murder someone or something in real life, but hit it with your car you will no be charged with murder.

If just baffles me but then I have been living with a American Lass for past few months.

Re: Does it just annoy you?

Murder is with intent. If you hit someone with a car people presume its a accident

Also this is not the bloody 17th century. The state shouldnt kill people to satisfy the general publics reaction. Just because you want to see people killed for the worst crimes doesnt mean the criminal justice system should obey

But the Police etc are now calling Road Traffic Accidents 'crashes' or 'collisions' or 'incidents' - anything to try and get away from the presumption that these are 'accidents' and therefore no one is to blame. A colleague of mine is a Met Police Crash Investigator, and he said that in 25 years service he has only seen one incident that could be called an 'accident' - all the others had a definite cause eg driver error, pedestrians stepping out in the road etc.
But to get back on topic, people who commit any form of cruelty to an animal or person should be made an example of - no excuses!

Re: Does it just annoy you?

Again sorry I didn't make myself clear.

I will offer a example on this point.

A person gets into his car while drinking and driving, he has then commited a offense and is also saying in my eyes that he don't care about other peoples personal safety. Then say on his way home he knocks down a person, who shortly after dies. Should this person just get a fine and a few penalty points?

I agree they should not be executed as this is the 21st century, but I do think a capital punishment such as Manslaughter Charges should be brought up.

So before anyone slates me on the above it is just my opinion and yes I speak from personal experience of loosing a dear friend in a similar thing as above.

Needless to say that person got away to lightly in my opinion.

Re: Does it just annoy you?

I think the death penality is extreamly harsh in the case of manslaugter and shouldnt even be used in murder cases.

Also no-one makes a choice to drink and drive. They drink and then they are too drunk to relise that they are too drunk to drive. THey should be punished but not to the extent of death

Drunk drivers .... death penalty .... murder .... ???

I think this is straying a bit too far, how about we get back to the topic subject.

Wonder what the penalty for doing the same thing with the scum that totured the lamb would be?

Re: Does it just annoy you?

That is just sick. Punishment for these people should be the the same thing that they did and see how they like it.

But by taking the car in the first p[lace and drinking the 2nd or thrid pint, even the first, they are showing their intention of flaunting the law.

And even though I have a red rep I stand by my earlier comments.

Re: Does it just annoy you?

I never gave you a red rep. I have received one however although that wasnt from you and i dont really see what that has to do with anything.

People are stupid, they think they can handle more than they actually can. I do not think most of them go out to drink drive

Much much more severe but to me the lamb was infinitely worth more than each of those sick *******s.

Latest is that they cannot be prosecuted because the lamb was not reported stolen. I hope this is not true.

I will keep you posted when the next edition of my local paper comes out.
