Missing family found
http://www.sky.com/skynews/article/0...155129,00.html
Anyone else think there's something not quite right about this?

Re: Missing family found
Yes - if you are going away anywhere then surely you would take some things with you - especially for the children?
Perhaps he's had a mid life crisis or something?

Re: Missing family found
I think that they went to the Chilli Peppers concert, saw "chicks on speed" & were from then on ashamed to live in Cardiff & be associated with them.
Maybe they went on a camping holiday & decided it was more fun than at home.

Re: Missing family found
Well they do come from Ely which isn't exactly a nice area of Cardiff.
It wouldn't surprise me if they'd got into trouble with a loan shark or something.

Not somewhere I would like to live!
I used to work with a guy many years ago and his mother ran a loan shark business, most of her customers were in Ely. She would apparently loan money to people who wanted a few quid to go out and play bingo etc.
The interest rates were sky high and the heavies would come around if they didn't pay to take pension or DHSS giro etc.
He had a new car every couple of years and his mother drove a porsche, theres obviously lots to be made loaning money to the poor.
