People just after a quick buck and they always go for the big companies. I work for a large organisation and often people claim against us. In most cases the claims are rejected because we are not liable but sometimes we find the person liable is a private individual when we tell the claimant that they soon drop the case !!! I can remember the Mike Tyson rape case when the dancer claimed for loss of earning… only to tell the court she was only a dancer filling in time because really she wanted to be a lawyer and wanted the compensation based on a lawyers income !
