Ever been to Italy and almost been run over by some kid on a scooter? well thanks to a new law that has been past, youngsters now need to obtain some sort of mini liscence in order to be out on the roads. This is a move to try and cut road deaths in Italy's 15-29 year old age group which has remained unchanged for aorund 30 years!
