Judge arrested for...

Child pornoghraphy on his comp.
Allegedly they were purchased from a site with his credit card.

An we rely on people like this to judge and sentence others?
And how many more are there in our so called pillars of the community?

And if he is guilty were will they put him and for how long.
People like this who pay for the exploitation of our children in this way are as bad as those who perform the physical molestation itself. There isnt a sentence long enough for them.

I read of a similar case where the credit card details had been stolen and used to buy kidie porn. Of course the poor sod whos number was stolen was arrested and charged.

he wants to use the solicitor that doctor just did,he told them his clients computer had been hacked into and his credit card details nicked.
it worked for him he got away with it.

For sure our system is flawed in major proportions in many areas. We know all too well that corruption and perversness exists in higher quantitity the higher up our status ladder of society. And yes there are unfortunately many who are supposed to be pillars of the community and persons of outstanding character that many people look up to who do actually like child pornagraphy.
This still does not mean its as black and white as it would seem even if phorensic examination discovered these pictures did exist on this guys PC.
Visit a website and it can exploit your system. now someones installed a keylogger and is also looking in all your files. The hacker has your credit card details and he discovers who you are. Now he decides to bring your pillar in the community crashing down. Then it could be a case where a Judge becomes a victim of circumstance and is stripped of his character.

The police have a special department which can check for things like this. I don't think they would have arrested him if they weren't sure. They'd be getting themselves in allot of trouble if they did. In fact I'd bet they double checked before getting this judge!

At the end of the day the real victims are the kids who have been exploited.
Many of these are the ones on the streets today, being corrupted by elders, plied drink and drugs, and in turn abused. Their parents arent about for whatever reason, or theres some parents who really dont care or nieave to believe it could happen. Now they got no one to talk to and they are well on the way to being regular thugs feeling lost, wanting the next hit etc. Society in general really doesnt have a clue whats going, believe theres something wrong with the child as what is happening can seriously affect them. Some will end up running away from home, in the meat trade and the likes, some will end up drug dealers and in turn abusing others, not allways sexually, others become violent and destructive.
And theres many who just think more punishment and discipline will bring these abused children and teenagers into line.
But thats todays society live with it.

It is one case and he hasn't even been proven guilty yet, lets keep it nice instead of jumping at the chance to complain about something

If he is guilty then the CPS should looking into any pedo cases he has presided over to see if he has been too lenient.
