a florida teen hired a hitman to assasinate his own mother, the 17 year old told the hitman (who was actually a undercover cop) to make sure he didnt 'damage' the tv.

he offered the 'hitman' $2,000 that he would obtain after his mothers death through inheritance.

people say morals have been in decline, i dont believe that, evidence suggests things ARE getting worse, i dont care if i have a 'domestic' argument which was the case in this incident family is family to even imagine to do it is sickening, its evil..............

Note it was the mother who said that it was a domestic not him. We have not heard his point of view. Not that he really can convince us that this was anything bbut werid.

I would bbe careful to call him evil though, insane parhaps but evil is too strong. How can anyone be evil they either 1) have good reason 2) think they are doing 'right' 3) are insane. How many people in the world are truly 'evil'

That is stupid, I understand what the world is like and i am not scared of anything.

My point is that you cannot take a news item which is devoid of context and much information and then state that that kid is evil. Then accuse other people of not being open-minded, and falling victim of fear.

Being open-minded is not jumping on the bandwagon of news storys and hate but understanding that you are not told any real information other than what is black and white.

You are instead trying to portray a world of hate and fear. Calling someone Evil doesnt do anything apart from back up your view that the world is a awful place. It is NOT an evil place most people are good deep down. Look at every bad thing people have done in history people have thought back. Holocast was the most evil thing man has done yet many people frought back and we understand that as a extreamly bad event in history as we where educated about such issues.

The way to counter fear is not to presume evil and a horrible world but to be educated and, no matter what you think, you are not in possition of all the facts so think before you say someone is evil

But what drove him to think about hiring a hitman?
Was it debt?
Was it greed?
Was he just peed off at his mum?
Was he just bored?

It is very easy for some people to feel no emotional bond or responsibility towards others, especially other family members.
It's even easier if the person is a male engineer/scientist as we're more likely to suffer from asbuger syndrome (the first syndrome on the autism spectrum)

in some aspects the world is an awful place, because of its alcoholism and drugs, you cannot deny things happen, once you do narrowmindedness come in to play.

to be educated, yes you need to do research, but as i mentioned before its not possible to retreive all facts, but given this individual case.......

im sure there was some research about killers thinking in a diffarent way to people who are not killers deemed a 'non risk' to do it.......

many things can drive an individual to do something but i believe if you want to kill someone, its phsycological, because all you need is a trigger......

If you want to take a Human life then something is missing inside you, maybe this is because of a tragic life. For all we know the mum could have been a awful mother and such.

If someone is like this they are not evil, there is something mentally wrong with him. Evil can only be when someone with a completely sound mind can coldly kill someone with full understanding of what he is doing and with no motive. And any one who can do that cannot have a sound mind.
