Oh ye gods! He's going to stand trial but it sounds like you've *already* convicted him, found him guilty and are probably preparing to throw away the key too!!

A *GOOD* day for Justice is when people remember that he is still *INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY!!*

The Grand Jury has only decided that there is *MAY* be a case to answer, but if you look at the way Grand Juries actually work, they are *not* the same as a Jury in a criminal trial, the system can be loaded heavily in favour of the prosecution, for instance with jurors often being selected by the prosecution, rather than at random from the general population.

Just because they have said that there *MAY* be a case to answer, and thus it's going to trial, does *NOT* mean he is not still entitled to the same presumption of innocence as anyone else, no matter *who* he is!
