It's a little heath robinson, and isn't that cheap for home use, but it does produce excellent results.

Word to the wise, you do need to have inkjet printable CDs, which do cost a little more than your regular ones.

You also need to 'set' the disc after printing, using special spray glue type stuff, so the inks don't run.

I think this one was about £280 (Matiesse Gold).

The best option is the Epsom, as it's part of the package, and should be fine for occasional use. I've seen them for around 80-90 quid.

Cheers, I've just ordered an Epson R300, I'll probably just use decent blank labels on the media before printing
