You could try using the "What The Font" at http://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/
It does work best if its black & white with no fancy stuff, so the clouds might confuse it

Thanks MikeyB, that'a a very impressive tool - it picked out 4 letters but was unable to identify the font - shame.
Swoop101, the pic comes from here: http://www.heaven-scent.me.uk/ - no hint in the source unfortunately

The font is Tolkien.However it's been stretched thinner.
