unnormal email
hi all i wonder if any1 can help me out i keep reciveing emails like these two but they ALL come from different emails address all the time hope some1 can help me out thanks

If these have just started coming in the the past few days, I would guess that it is the work of the MyDoom/Novarg virus.
bogus undeliverable mail messages are one of the tricks used by this pest.

Im just not reading my emails untill this dammed virus passes.

They are side effects of the current internet worms, which can forge the "From" header to be your e-mail address. If the e-mail continaing the worm cannot be delivered to the intended target, then the e-mail is bounced to the apparent sender: you. There is absolutely nothing you can do to prevent these e-mails coming to you. Just delete these mails, and relax.

I use mailwasher to preview on the mail server. Mine will also mark up known spam for deletion. It allows me to report spam to them ( firetrust ) which will be checked then used to mark as known spam ready for deletion.
Occasionally with a lot of viruses it stops downloading. I just use webmail to access my a/c and delete the most obvious viruses there.
Recomence downloading in mailwasher is then ok.
