Style XP . (You can get the 30 day trial). You can then uninstall it and get themes from
deviantart .
I realise that it sounds strange, but it modifies a dll which allows you to add more themes yourself and you do not need stylexp after that.

It worked fine with me or I wouldn't have suggested it
