On the right hand side? - That's a Vista gadget called Game monitor.
Just tells you how many people are on a specific server (Up to 4 servers) You can put loads of different games in as well not just COD4

Decided to install leopard on my old AMD setup yesterday, quiet impressed with the speed, alot better than the crap OS called vista 
Adium is the best im client i've ever used.
