Re: Vista compatability
Zing my specs are:
Intel P4 3.2ghz on Skt 478
4x 512 DDR 2700 (Infineon)
1x 250gb WD IDE drive (XP on this)
1x 200gb Seagate Sata drive (Vista on this)
X800XT graph card not oc'ed
and then the normal stuff.
for Vista I got a score of 5.3.

Re: Vista compatability
I have various sources some actually legit
TBH ive had a catologue of problems on this machine. 2 hard drives dying one a raptor running an os. Then XP64 runs like a pile of poop, When I was running RC clients the sound drivers for hi def were crap in 64 bit so I just settled with running plain old sp2. Now its RTM and will soon be pumped out in new machines drivers will soon improve all my hopes are with Vista 64 but I dont hold out much

Re: Vista compatability
Zing you should know by now that XP64 is basically Win ME mark 2.
am only using Vista Home Premium 32bits dont have a 64bits proccy
sofar I think the driver support hasnt let me down really, everything I connected to it gets recognised. okay bluetooth is a "sore" point with windows but thats always been the case.

Well I think thats it : AMD have been in 64bit for way longer than Intel
Seems like segmented themselves with Itanium then made up by doing 64bit for the desktop just because AMD did it first.
I could have my facts messes up here so correct me if I'm wrong
