Safari Problem

Every time i try to access my Uni's local portal instead of being asked to input mt user name and password via a alert box (and yes, i have allowed pop ups) i get an error page that says:

Quote:
You are not authorized to view this page

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied because your Web browser is sending a WWW-Authenticate header field that the Web server is not configured to accept
it works fine in firefox, any ideas

Re: Safari Problem

And don't forget to use Safari's "report bug" feature so that it can be fixed.
