Hi All,
Any of you that have an Analogue controller and use the Windows default drivers will know that there is no such thing as a Dead Zone - this means that if you use your controller to play a game like Need for Speed (in my case a Play.com PS2 Adapter and a PS2 Dual Shock Controller), your car may veer off slightly to the left or the right etc without you doing anything because Direct X will pick up ANY signal from your controller as an input no matter how small.
This can really be a bitch in some games like the aforementioned need for speed, but help is at hand.
Go here:-

Download the exe and run it -
then follow the instructions on how to setup your pads deadzone, save the setting and have them load on startup.
This works a treak on an issue thats been bugging me for ages.
