Fast Hard Drive
I don't require space i already have a 120gb maxtor but id like a new primary hard drive for gaming and general accessing, what is fastest hard drives out their for value for money.

western digital raptor but its sata.(you can buy a pci sata card for 12 quid from loads of places so this is not a problem)

Scan have some Fujitsu 15Krpm drives for 99 squid. They used to have some for 49 but they've all gone now.

Thats scsi interface dude.The sata's are well more expensive.as is a good scsi card

do these come with smart mode and temp monitors, none of my maxtor have failed and all have smart and temp monitor functions. my newest drive WDC WD20 200gig sata (western digital) has no smart or temp monitor making me fear its going to die early.
