£200 for a laptop mouse battery? I think not. I charged the single AA before last Christmas and it's still working fine in daily use.

Even if you mis-read and think I am referring to laptop batteries, a bit of simple looking after them will prevent problems. Another thread entirely.

I have had over five laptops since about 1990 and never had to replace a battery yet.

Well at the moment the most l have spent battery wise on my laptop is £30 and l have had it four years,
