Does he need a proxy or VPN?
Hi,
I am posting this, on behalf of a friend.
He work ok rigs (the ones in the sea) and have had problems with the internet they provider, as they seem to block him looking at some sites (not porn).
He asked me would a proxy do it, but I am not sure, if he may need a VPN
So does he need a proxy or VPN?

Personally i would go for the VPN
