Can someone recommend a good free .chm to pdf prgoram?

Try docuprinter, it is a dummy printer program that you print the file in question to.

When I open the .chm and try and print it gives me two options
1. Print the selected topic"
2. Print the selected heading and all subtopics.

This doesn't allow me to print all the pages in one go.

Might be worth trying Calibre ( http://calibre-ebook.com/ ), looks like it can handle CHM input and PDF out though not sure if they can be coupled together. Just tried it, seems to handle CHM to PDF ok, as a rough check without attempting to tune any options.
