PC Help
My PC windows 7 will not shut down on it,s own. I have to close down with tower control. Was Ok till 2 days ago.. Any advice Please

This is often caused by a background process which fails to terminate correctly. Have you installed anything new (or removed anything) just before the problem began?

The pc was up- dating the night before & clsed down on it,s own

Hi mate can you try doing a system restore to one day before ptibl first of all it will put computer back where it was before problem

Type System restore in the search option of your start menu.

Right click on "my computer" then " properties " 3rd option down on the left side " system protection" 4th tab over "system restore"

Well go to the globe start menu type in system and select system restore. Then wait because it will auto choose most recent restore point. Click from below " choose a different restore point " look to the day before problem and get back with result
