Outlook 2010
Can someone point me in the direction for the Office Outlook 2010 downloads please?
I have the Office Outlook 2010 serial code but I had to format my machine a few weeks ago so I lost Office Outlook 2010.
Trying to contact Microsoft and asking them for the download link is like trying to get in touch with god.
Reps will be awarded.
Thanks
Nidge

That didn't work, it says it doesn't recognise my serial number.

Re: Outlook 2010
The links looks like it's the US link.. they have different rules on downloading/discs than UK licensing. (look at the URL it says EN-US and not EN-GB )
Remember that all microsoft windows and office keys are region encoded

I purchased mine online last year, they gave me the link and emailed me the serial code.

Can I ask where you purchased it from?

Re: Outlook 2010
If you bought it from the Microsoft download store then you should just be able to login and redownload (the help/FAQ has details about contacting them if you have an issue)
http://emea.microsoftstore.com/uk/en-GB
If you bought it anywhere else then you'll need to contact them.

As Kymmy said, if you go to http://emea.microsoftstore.com/uk/en-GB you should be able to log in & re-download...

If you click on the download link under this, then it may work:
Office 2010 SP1
Get the Update

Sorry to hijack this thread, but I have a question while all the Outlook experts are on here:
With older versions of outlook and outlook express it was possible to apply templates, or design your own. I can't work out how to do this on the 2010 version.
What I am trying to do is set up a dispatch notification template, with drop down lists to select various date and time options.
Any ideas?
