None scam technical support?

Hi, newbie here!!! Do you guys have any information regarding IT support at Watford for internet connection? I got internet connection one month after buying laptop but now my hard drive of laptop is not working properly or there is possibility of damaging internet connection inside the ports. So, if you guys have any advice or suggestion that would be appreciated.

Strange that someone from America would be after tech support in Watford.

Re: None scam technical support?

If it's a new laptop, I'd speak to the manufacturer. It should have at least a 12 month manufacturer's warranty with it. Failing that, try a local PC shop who should be able to at least give you an idea

Hope this helps
