BSOD - Reboot then Inaccessible boot drive

What a nightmare! I plugged the iPhone in and then 2 seconds later I recieved a BSOD Which said the following:

*** STOP: 0x0000007E .... (Didn't get the rest)

*** asmtxhci.sys - Address FFFFF88 ...... 4de6f522

Only managed to get this because I took a quick photo with the phone, expecting to boot back up.

Turned back on the laptop, Black sceen:

Status: 0xc000000f - Boot drive inacessible.

Took out the SSD, put in caddy and put into another windows machine, The partition is now RAW... I've tried fixmbr, fixboot rec, No success...

I Think the only option is to some how recover my files, and format + re-install windows... not good

Just wondering before I do any of this, if anybody else has any other ideas?

I've tried "Testdisk 6.13" but no luck, tried Startup repair, nothing. Guess thats because the file system is stuck in RAW.

Tried booting into linux, mount ntfs-3g force but won't mount because not a valid NTFS...

I've installed windows again now, seems that when I plug the iPhone in and use personal hotspot, it decides to do the BSOD again, but luckily this time didn't render the SSD inaccessible which is very very odd :/
