Im Going To be Spending £100 - £120 Maximum For A Graphics Card, I need It To Be As Good If Not Better Than A 5850 For Games.
Any Ideas?

You won't get anything decent for that price, not better than your 5850 atleast.
You would be looking more at around £150 - £200 I think to start getting better.

Why do you want to change the card it looks nearly on par with a Nvidia GTX 560?

Well, I got this last week from Amazon
Asus nVIDIA 3D GeForce GTX 560 Direct CU II Graphics Card (1GB, DDR5, Overclocked 850Mhz)
And it is happily playing BF3 (and very soon MW3) on 1920x1200 high settings - around £150.
