Got the Virgin Media PC Tickle!

It's not everyday you get a tickle. But we think you deserve one. You see Virgin Media tickles aren't ordinary tickles, they're nice things we only give people we know and like - our customers. Things to make you smile.

And this one comes in the shape of a free Virgin Media PC health check, worth £60 by one of our friendly bunch of technical wizards (you know, a real person who knows what they're talking about.)

Here's what our experts can do for you:

Provide a free computer health check service using our state of the art remote technology, so it's all done online in the comfort of your own home
Chat through the whole process with you online, so you know exactly what's happening. and if they find a problem, they won't rest until it's fixed
Give your computer a thorough scan for any viruses and security problems - about half of all PCs have nasty bugs and viruses in them, so it's best to catch them quick
Leave you with a happy computer that could work faster, keep your files safer and help make the most of your superfast broadband

Re: Got the Virgin Media PC Tickle!

Well I'm afraid I would be highly naffed off if they offered me that Tickle. There may be a fair few customers who would benefit but there are many of us who certainly don't need VM's assistance in that area. I would rather have the £60 knocked off my bill.

Re: Got the Virgin Media PC Tickle!

I've had a couple of mails offering this. I disregarded them so quickly I didn't realise it was a 'tickle'.

Like jb66, the 100meg and a ton off the bill would do o'k.
