Web cam on network

I have a xbox live vision webcam, and a Belkin Network USB hub (This allows USB devices to be connected to the hub then the hub connects to a router.

I plug the webcan into the hub and my PC (XP MCE) asks me to install the software which it does, and my PC connects to it.

But it doesn't show up in Scanners and Cameras in Control Panel (even after reboot).

Is there any SW that will able me to see what the camera is pointing at (printer).

Try seeing if MSN messenger finds it..

I forgot to say I'm on a notebook, which has a built in webcam.

I tried MSN messenger and it only sees the built-in one.
