New all in one printer
Hey guys, I am looking at buying a new all in one printer, and wondered what people thought of the Kodak range of three in one printers?

Re: New all in one printer
My missus loves hers, and is still on the first set of inks after a year! Very economical....

Re: New all in one printer
I can't rate Brother high enough, never had any issues, the paper is stored inside the printer and the ink is cheap.
Although sometimes on a dark n lonely night the 'self clean' makes me jump...

I hear kodak have cheap inks now.
The only printer I won't touch again is lexmark.
I have an all in one colour laser printer from HP.

Re: New all in one printer
Every Brother and Lexmark I had sucked ink like it was free... and their carts are NOT cheap!
Plus all failed with blocked heads as "I didn't use them daily" (their tech supports answer).

Re: New all in one printer
Compatible inks can invalidate your warranty, and I've only had one supply of compatible inks I used once the warranties finished that didn't clog the heads, and that company went bust ages ago.

Re: New all in one printer
We have a Canon MP640 and the quality (especially for photos) is excellent (set of inks from Amazon = £12 for compatibles that are of equal quality to the OEM ones). Can't comment on the Kodak ones, but the Brother machines aren't bad either.

Looked at the Canon, it has been replaced by this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Canon-PIXMA-...1947331&sr=1-1
It has good reviews, but the ink still seems expensive

Re: New all in one printer
Ink is always going to be expensive IMHO, it depends on why you want the printer... I use mine for photography so I need quality ink. If you just want a cheapo printer for standard documents then buy a cheap colour laser?
