Pluscom 35NAS-RDC3283 Problem

Hi,

I'm in need of some assistance. I flashed the firmware on my NAS drive using Raidsonic's latest version for the Icybox IB-NAS903-B. Now I can't log in, neither the default password nor the password I had set before the upgrade work. The previous firmware version supplied by Raidsonic worked fine but now I can't go back to that without being able to login. To complicate matters, this version of the NAS caddy doesn't have a Reset button like the Icy Box version. Not that this would help if the default password has changed.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and managed to resolve it. I flashed the firmware at my own risk of course and I have emailed Raidsonic but I am yet to receive a reply.

Any thoughts on what to do next would be greatly appreciated.

Rgds

you could open the nas caddy to see if there are reset button headers inside?

Thanks for the response, I did look inside to see if could find a link or header. There's nothing obvious. It would great if an ICY Box 903 owner could post a picture of where the RESET wires go!

Re: Pluscom 35NAS-RDC3283 Problem

The clue is in the title of the my post! Pluscom 35NAS-RDC3283 which is a clone of the Icy Box IB903-B (except for the lack of a RESET button).
