I need iTunes version 8.1.1 for Mac, anybody able to assist?

No idea about 8.1.1 but 8.2.1 is available from the itunes site (just follow the link for G3 users) it's compatible with Mac OS 10.4.10 or later

Yeah, had thought about torrents - don't have a client installed on this machine though, was trying to avoid that route if possible.
