Since Windows 7 does not come with Outlook express what would be the best to use?

Same sort of features as OE.

I've just transferred from outlook (not express) to Thunderbird... Nice program and ultra fast!!

My vote goes to Thunderbird as well. Been using it for years. Comes from the same stable as Firefox.

Windows Live Mail is Microsofts replacement for Outlook Express.

And as others have said Thunderbird is very good.

I use Thunderbird. Been using it since it first came out.So a long time.
Much prefer that to Outlook.
