Thank you for that Zing. This is what I did, more or less what you said, but with slight variation. Control panel/Folder options/View tab, select the options 'Show hidden files and folders' click OK. Then clicked start/computer/ then opened C drive/ then the folder called 'users', then the one with my name, then AppData/Roaming/Microsoft/Windows/Send To. Then I couldn't find anything that said Mail Recipient. However tried what you said and right clicked on Windows Mail in the start menu, copied and pasted in the Sent To folder, but when I right click on that in the 'send to' option it just takes me through to Windows Mail. Which is a long way round for a short cut. What I need is mail recipient, where to find that? Who knows, and why have I not got that option now? Any ideas anyone?

Found the answer folks. Go to the Send To folder (as above) click on File/New/Text Document and paste this
Mail Recipient.mapimail. Worked for me. Thank you again for your help Ravenheart and Zing.
