Unfortunately the ONLY thing i want to work does not ( Not Microsoft's fault) and that is punk buster on COD 4 or i would have been running the beta as my main os for a couple of months now. Windows 7 beta is more stable now than Vista has EVER been

You won't get PunkBuster support until the OS is released unfortunately.

re: [MERGED] The Windows 7 Thread
The Windows Blog said today: "I’m pleased to share that the RC is on track for April 30th for download by MSDN and TechNet subscribers. Broader, public availability will begin on May 5th."

True enough, but I think I'll wait the extra couple of days and make sure the download doesn't contain any 'extra' programs.

re: [MERGED] The Windows 7 Thread
I have just downloaded 'Windows 7 Ultimate x86 RC Build 7100 4866522 TPB' which is build 7100
The person who put the online says it is an untouched ISO. Installed into a Virtual machine and it's running fine. No viruses or anyone issues I can see
Activated fine with the key I have for the Beta version
