What is this ballot screen? I don't quite understand. I just remember reading a few months ago that the EU banned Microsoft from shipping Windows 7 with Internet Explorer preloaded. Mine came with it. :S

Is the following processor 64bit?
This link seems to suggest it is, http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id=35562 but when I run the compatibility checker it says I need to install the 32bit version.
Is there something else I'm missing?

yes its 64 bit I have no idea why it would advise 32 bit. how much ram do you have?

did you just look at the first page the checker shows you ? there a is a 64 bit tab too i missed it first time i ran it

Maybe some other componants in the comp. don't have 64 bit drivers [officially] available yet?
