AVI compression
Anyone know how i can compress a 25MB video (AVI) file so i can email it to my mum, and allow her to view it (without downloading codecs etc etc)

that was my first thought, but she's only just figured out how to open attachments on email, not sure she could cope with ftp'ing etc...

Encode to WMV, upload to a webspace and then you can give her a link and she'll stream the video down...

Or youtube it??

YouTube would be the easiest, you can set it as private so only selected people can see it.
