These days, you really want an Intel G31 (onboard), P31 (no onboard) chipset or better to allow upgrading to 1333 FSB processors.
Some of the Nvidia chipsets support 1333 FSB, but fall down by having just a single memory channel. Models with nforce 610/630 are single channel, those with 650 (Ultra or SLI models) are dual channel.
