Haveing seperate profiles on xp?

Hi I'm getting a new laptop with my new job and want to use it at home to. I want to have COMPLETELY seperate profiles on xp. Is this possible? In the past when i've had seperate logging on profiles, when i install a piece of software it is usuable from the other profile too. I really want them to be seperate as possible.

Can this be done?

Thanks

However you can move the icons from the desktop and start menu from all users to a specific user
