Bizarre printer / mailmerge issue with Word 2007.

Before I carry on, I will say that this is happening to me at work but it's not causing me a big problem, I just hate things not being perfect. I know some people don't like helping with work stuff and I can understand that.

Anyway, here's my problem.

We have two printers here. A workhorse Brother Laserjet and a colour HP inkjet for printing out stuff to send to clients.

When I create an invoice through our database and print the first copy (for our records) through the laserjet, everything is fine.

However, if I print through the HP inkjet, two of the rectangles we have surrounding our text inexplicably shift to the left.

This means I have to print to file to get the problem to materialise then move the rectangles back in place before printing for real.

What seems to be happening is that printing through the HP causes a phantom page break to appear that is really, really, really hard to get rid of.

If I then re-print on the Brother, the boxes move over incorrectly to the right.

Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

Thanks a lot.
