Yes deffo. The main thing for me was when I raised the vcore the ACF7pro used to spin up to max speed making a big difference in noise. It did also reduce temps quite well. However dude your case is a fan city so a quieter cpu isnt gonna benefit you and if your temps are ok now id say it aint broke dont fix it

if your coming to the lan at the end of the month m8 you, will be able to feel how much heat comes out the thing. i would say that it could heat up the average sized living room to quite hot within about 3 hours, heats my bedroom up in about 1hour with me window open and fan on, so that i can just sit there in me underwear in the middle of winter.

here is an idea for ya. Why dont you sell the 2 cards and run an 9800 GX2 instead to open up the mobo for easier cooling?

i wouldnt get enough for them to pay for a gx2 i dont think even though i still have the boxes and also the instructions and cables etc that came with sorry dads comp im going to get shouted at now

that it's a very big computer case,
the things inside it don't look that Good though,

the graphics card, looks like a crap one :P

which 1 are you on about paul all the cards in the various pics are 8800's
the thread starter and zings is possibly a evga 8800gts 320mb version which is a good card, if it is i had two of them and they are great maxed all games out except crysis.
and mine are 2 evga 8800gts's 512mb versions not crap cards (if you're on about mine) they can max all games out including crysis just not the aa on crysis.
