If he/she is desperate http://www.elcomsoft.com/archpr.html < will probably crack it in a reasonable amount of time dependent on strength of course . Costs £39 tho' .

Is this a file from a P2P source? The ones with passwords are usually malware.

winzip 11 is unbreakable.
