Firefox, when I can mainly because of the addons, but often it has to be IE, because many of the work sites I use require the ActiveX type extensions.

60% of the time firefox, 20% Safari (mac mini) 15% Internet explorer and 5% of the time Opera.

IE6 for windows update from XP
IE7 for windows update from Vista

Firefox virtually all the time, unless i really need to access a one off page real quick (I.e. just about to leave, need to check bus timetable) in which case IE.
Occasionally Opera, if i find myself using my gf's browser for some odd reason.
Love Fx due to adblock plus, and it's extensions, for example Foxytunes.
(And spellcheck)

Depends on what I'm doing - if I want to update my blog, Facebook and Twitter then I'll use Flock as it's perfect for that. For general browsing it's IE7.
