Help! Removing Windows Desktop Search!
I can't get rid off Windows Desktop Search! When I try to uninstall I get the following message:
Windows cannot find C:\WINDOWS$NtUninstallKB917013$\spuninst\spuninst. exe
It's the latest version of WDS and I have tried searching on Google but I cannot seem to get rid of it. 
Help please!

This thread any use? It starts of for 3.01 but gives you information later on how to hack the .inf file for later versions...

Have you got this directory still?
C:\WINDOWS\$NtUninstallKB917013$\
If so, what does it contain?

Try installing it again and then uninstalling.
