if you know how to open the computer up, and double check the cables that lead to your drives.

Might be that Vista is having a hissy fit.

has this been the case since Vista was installed? or has it happened suddenly. sounds like the upper and lower filter thing again . There is a post about how to put it right in xp on the forum somewhere

i asked the question on goole and wallah there was a patch there for the fixing of error code (19) so all is well now
