Need an alternative to Microsoft FrontPage
Hi
I'm looking for a free alternative to Microsoft FrontPage. I just need something which is simple where i can design it in normal WYSIWYG format and then generates the HTML code automatically
Thanks in advance

I use Dreamweaver, I suppose it's a little harder to use though.

Re: Need an alternative to Microsoft FrontPage
Frontpage is dis-continued and Expression is actually a different product. I am quite intrested in it and hope to build a PC in the future and I will certainly be trying it out. It is really only a good idea if you use ASP.Net since its well supported by Expression and Links into Visual Studio. Otherwise stay clear.
Dreamweaver is ok, Not really true WYSIWYG though. Most of the time dreamweaver should be used in code view and design view is nice for a bit of editing and CSS.

Notwithstanding the fact that it's not free of charge.

Re: Need an alternative to Microsoft FrontPage
like TheOne said.. didnt i answer your question.. or must i make a big long list.. ever heard of google?
If you are really serious about web design ..use Notepad and learn HTML...
But for really serious stuff get into Dreamweaver and its associated products.
Such as Macromedia/Adobe ....Fireworks/Flash/ Photoshop

Another option worth a mention is NVU
