What planet are some people on??
Just a little anecdote about something that happened last night I thought I would share.
Last night received an email off a friend of my Father saying there grandson wanted a computer for Christmas that had to run Macro media suite play games and they wanted a SFF case and a 17 inch TFT.
I replied saying whats your max spend and they replied......£230!!!!!!!
I mean where do these people come from im good but im just not that good

Re: What planet are some people on??
Well, a sh*tty Pentium 3 would run Macromedia apps, and some games..... just it would run them very badly

Re: What planet are some people on??
You can definately run Macromedia Suite on anything above 1.5ghz and 1/2 gig of RAM, obviously as Gareth says it won't run well but it will run. Trouble is that they want a decent case and a 17 inch TFT monitor for the money too.

Re: What planet are some people on??
LOL forgot the SFF bit : Who r these ppl LOL maybe u should point them to the price for the cheapest Biostar SFF(100max maybe cheaper)
Then they'll need ram, cpu, and Monitor(70-100?)
Shesh thats a tight budget ! And dont forget to tell them they NEED an XP license

Re: What planet are some people on??
Which parts of the Macromedia Suite. None of them require that much power apart from some elements of flash.
