Removing IE dot com toolbars?

Wasn't me, I clicked NO when it came up, but some damn site has uatoinstalled a "dot com toolbar".

Any suggestions on removing it from XP pro?

DOH! brain fade today....
I'm surprised it was in add/remove... I thought these sneaky buggers didnt make entries in there..lol

I'm going now to rest my head, it hurts too much.lol
