Should be on the motherboard manufacturer's site. I think it can be risky trying to use an "upgrade" from another source. Have you tried contacting Jetway tech support or where you bought it from? Why have you been told to flash your BIOS & who told you?
Flashing BIOS is risky, if it goes wrong you can end up with a dead motherboard.

When I flashed my bios - it was an Asus crash free one. On restart I had the long beep error messages. I managed to get into the bios menu and reset the defaults - it seems to be perfect again (it says it is the new version). What happened to cause the beeps?

this link points to your mobo on the jetway site & that points to a bios download area

http://www.jetway.com.tw/evisn/produ...4xfa/p4xfa.htm

- but there doesn't appear to be one listed for your board.?

do NOT try flashing unless you are 100% sure you have the correct bios image - or you WILL kill your motherboard.

<edit> Defiant beat me to it with the link

looking at that link (which does work) my view is that the upgrade bios advice was given as a generic tip, rather than one that is particular to your mobo - like they said it looks like you are cpu limited - flashing bios should only be done if you are SURE it will fix a specific problem.
