Can't find an obvious phone number from their site

google doesn't help much either, and nor does www.saynoto0870.com either so i guess that there isn't one

i got the number i gave you off the website as shown by the link. How can that be called "Not published?"

Not tried it, but the impression from the web site is that the freephone number will just give you the current service status.

It is, but at the bottom of the page you enter your email address and you will get your support number in reply

i guess they use different numbers for pay as you go as opposed to monthly paying customers etc

for example one response you can get is 0906 3010000

exatygary.. they have a load of numers, and the freephone numer is a serice status nothing else
