Edit GIF files?

Is any one here able to edit GIF files? I want to put this funny image in my signature based on Steam from Valve, but it has a naughty word at the end of it (it's small and kinda hard to read, but I would probably get told to remove it)

Or can a mod + admin say it's too small and let me?

By far the best way is www.gifworks.com It is a completely online GIF editor, and allows you to edit animated gifs which most image programs wont let you do.
