Have you tried disconnecting the cables from the switch at the front? - one of my pcs had a habit of randomly rebooting (and switching itself on for brief moments) - turned out the little relay switch on the front button was shorting...

May I add I have been sufering from this problem.. Turns out it was the harddrive maxtor SATA 160gb... it clicked last night and sadly will click no more... but at least I got a backup!

Thanks for all the replies.
I ended up taking the case off and just pushing everything firmly in place.
Not sure if I did much but it seems to have stopped the problem and so far I have not had this happen again.
So it looks like its temporarily sorted.
